Design Brief Goal:
Marketing fails when businesses stop listening to their customers. This Spec is not just meant to be a message for customers, but also to invite them to send a message back to the dealer! This could be to get feedback on a recent event, build up reviews, or just to get some input. It will ultimately be up to the CSR how they want to tailor the specifics of the message and copy text, so for now this design should have a broad appeal, while still being inviting and welcoming.
Orange is thought to be friendly and welcoming, but feel free to play around with color! Bright and soft colors that create a calm and optimistic environment will go a long way here. Avoid colors that could be interpreted as cold and dreary.
